              haven't  received the software I ordered?Most of our screen savers can be downloaded immediately after 
              you ordered a product, some screen savers require a registration 
              key which will be send to you by e-mail with your order confirmation. 
              If you haven’t received a confirmation by e-mail, please contact 
              sales@qwerks.com

 Can I order by phone or fax?
 You can call Qwerks toll free at: 1-888-282 5887 from 9 am - 
              6 pm MST.
 You can also fax your order at 801-530-7161. ( Please include the 
              Product ID when ordering by fax).
 
 How do I uninstall one of your programs?
 To uninstall (remove) one of our programs from your computer,
 Select Start from your Task Bar
 Select Programs
 Select the screen saver to uninstall
 Select Uninstall (screen saver name)
 And follow the instructions.
 
 or use the Windows Add/Remove routine
 
 Click on the Start button,
 Select Settings,
 Select Control Panel,
 Open Add/Remove Programs,
 Select the program you wish to uninstall,
 Then click Add/Remove....
 And follow the instructions
 
 
 Why didn't the registration key remove the time 
              limit/unlocked the images?
 The  most common reason for this is that the key was mistyped
 Make sure you typed it EXACTLY as it was send to you. Don’t use 
              any spaces.
 
 I had to reformat my hard drive and deleted the 
              screen saver. Do I have to purchase it again?
 No. Just send an e-mail to Screen Saver Support 
               
              
                with your name, your e-mail address and the order ID of the 
              screen saver.
